The Cabin Pool-Flatbed Creek Dinosaur Track site is the only summer tour available via hiking trail.
The tour begins with a short hike to Flatbed Creek where you'll see dozens of dinosaur footprints close to the original ankylosaur track way discovery. Departure times are at 10 am and 2 pm. We accept bookings for this tour by calling 250-242-DINO (3466). We also accept walk-ins up to 15 minutes prior to departure. Maximum number of guests is ten (10).
Know Before You Go:
Tours start/conclude at the Dinosaur Discovery Gallery (255 Murray Drive). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
Cabin Pool-Flatbed Dinosaur Tracks: approximately 2 hours (2 km round trip)
Own transportation to and from the track sites is required.

Trails are steep in places! Be sure to hike at a comfortable pace!
Weather conditions can change quickly, so come prepared to be outside for two hours.
Wear comfortable hiking shoes. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Tours are weather/air quality dependent: rain makes the trails harder to walk on and can flood creeks and rivers next to the tracks. Extreme high temperatures increases the risk of heat-related illnesses, and wildfire smoke is hazardous to everyone's health.
For the safety and enjoyment of everyone using the trails, please leave your pets at home.
