2024 Annual General Meeting of the Tumbler Ridge Museum Foundation
When: Wednesday June 12th, 7 PM

Our AGM is open to the public, only members in good standing may vote.

We will be presenting a special resolution for a proposed bylaw amendment. The current lifetime membership format is being reconsidered. It has been approved by the current board of directors for presentation to the membership.
Background: A major contributing factor is the impact of an ever-growing membership on the ability for the TRMF to make quorum at the AGM and special meetings, i.e.conduct the business of the foundation. A return to an annual program will result in always having an up-do-date account of our membership, get to better know our members and their interests, and to offer tailored benefits based on community input. The benefits for 2024/25 are also included at the link above.
We will be taking nominations from the floor for the new board of directors, with no need for advance forms. If a member is interested in learning more about becoming a board member, or a candidate wishes to run in the election but will not be present for the meeting, they should contact Executive Director, Zena Conlin, at zena.conlin@trmf.ca.
Thank you for your involvement in our society.
We look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our growing team.
We know winter is coming, but we're trying not to think about it... Join us for one last summer party on Saturday, November 4th at 7 PM.
The Tumbler Ridge Museum is seeking a creative agency to develop a digital exhibition on the palaeontology, geology, biodiversity, and cultural heritage of Tumbler Ridge.
