The role of the Special Projects Coordinator is multi-faceted requiring a dynamic and creative individual with exceptional organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a key member in coordinating and supporting staff across the organization. You will assist with creating project plans, budgets, procurement, task delegation, time management, and all other aspects of project coordination.
The types of projects you will lead or assist with may include, but not be limited to: infrastructure/renovations,physical and digital exhibitions, collaborations with stakeholders, capacity building, and fundraising. This position will require team building across departments including administration, curatorial/collections, programs, and archives
If you are an exceptional planner, skilled at seeing projects through to completion, and looking for something to fulfill that passion on a part time basis, we can't wait to hear from you!
