The Tumbler Ridge Museum Foundation is inviting you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

Tuesday, October 26th at 7 pm

The meeting will be held in the basement of the Visitor Centre with the option to join via Zoom.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: In consideration of ongoing COVID-19 concerns and public safety, the TRMF enforces all public health orders and the guidelines of the facility of which we’ll be guests. Masks and social distancing will be required for all in-person attendees. This is subject to change and may require last-minute meeting format and/or attendance rules. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please ensure your membership is in good standing no later than Monday, October 25th by calling the museum at 250-242-3466. There will not be an option to purchase memberships on the day of the meeting.

We will be taking nominations from the floor with no need for advance forms. If a member is interested in learning more about joining the board, or a candidate wishes to run in the election but will not be present for the meeting, they should contact Executive Director Zena Conlin at manager@trmf.ca.
